Cancel recurring billing
ForgeBot subscriptions are billed through PayPal. You can cancel recurring billing from the PayPal account used to subscribe. Cancellation prevents future renewals in accordance with the applicable billing status and PayPal processing.
What happens to ForgeBot?
When ForgeBot receives confirmation that a paid subscription is no longer active, paid access may be locked. Your server configuration and historical ForgeBot data are not automatically erased by cancellation. You can later reactivate access or request deletion separately.
Refund requests
If you believe a payment was made in error, charged incorrectly, or the service was not supplied as agreed, contact ForgeBot Support with the relevant server and subscription details. Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the payment.
EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, mandatory consumer law may give you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online service contract. Rules can differ when you expressly request service to begin during that period. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
How to contact ForgeBot Support
Authorized clan leadership can use Command Center → Support inside Discord. ForgeBot automatically links the ticket to the correct server, making it possible to review subscription-related questions without a separate website support form.
