What is ForgeBot?
ForgeBot is a Discord-native clan management and intelligence bot built for Forge Masters clans. It combines operational tools such as wars, warshots, resources, vials, absences and translation with player and clan intelligence.
How does the 21-day PRO Trial work?
New clans can set up ForgeBot with PRO access for 21 days. The trial does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial, choose Basic, Elite or Pro to continue using paid features.
What happens if we do not subscribe after the trial?
ForgeBot becomes locked until a valid subscription or activation code is applied. Clan configuration and historical data are preserved so the server can continue later.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded. Features above the active plan become unavailable after a downgrade, while configuration and historical data remain preserved.
What is included in Basic?
Basic focuses on clan operations: wars, warshots, resources, vials, Nightwatch, absences, warnings, roster tools, dynamic guides, Translator, dashboards and leadership support.
What does Elite add?
Elite adds player-focused intelligence including Player Rating, Player Intelligence, historical performance, Clan Health, Hall of Fame and Ascension management.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds ForgeBot's deepest intelligence layer, including Clan Intelligence, Player Compare, trends, advanced analytics, anomaly detection, War Intelligence, smart alerts, weekly insights and clan-wide decision support.
Does ForgeBot support international clans?
Yes. ForgeBot includes a Translator that can translate messages directly inside Discord, helping players who speak different languages communicate more easily.
Can we use our own Discord roles?
Yes. ForgeBot can use its default leadership roles or map existing/custom Discord roles to ForgeBot leadership profiles.
Who can contact ForgeBot Support?
Leadership can open a support ticket directly from the Command Center. Questions, bug reports and error reports are sent to ForgeBot HQ, and replies appear back in the clan's Discord server.
How do subscriptions work?
Plans are not purchased on the website. Leadership selects a plan from ForgeBot's Subscription controls inside Discord. ForgeBot shows the plan, monthly price, recurring billing information and cancellation information before sending the customer to PayPal. Subscription status is then synchronized automatically.
Can we cancel?
Yes. You can stop recurring billing through PayPal. See the Refund & Cancellation page for additional information and statutory consumer rights.
Do we lose data when cancelling?
Cancellation stops paid access, but ForgeBot does not immediately erase clan data. If you want your server data deleted, follow the Data Deletion process.
Is ForgeBot affiliated with Forge Masters?
No. ForgeBot is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers or publishers of Forge Masters.
