Data Deletion
How to request deletion of clan or personal data stored by ForgeBot.
Who can request deletion?
A Discord server owner or authorized ForgeBot leadership member can request deletion of ForgeBot data associated with their server. Individuals may also request deletion or correction of personal data relating to them where applicable.
How to request it
The preferred route is Command Center → Support and select the most appropriate category. State that you want a data-deletion request and identify the relevant Discord server. You may also contact [INSERT PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
What can be deleted?
Depending on the request and legal requirements, this can include guild configuration, module settings, player history, resource/war records and other clan-management data. Support or billing records may be anonymized or retained where necessary for security, dispute handling, accounting or other legal obligations.
Backups
Deleted production data may temporarily remain in protected backups until those backups expire under the normal backup-retention cycle. Backups are used for disaster recovery and are not intended as an active source of deleted customer data.
Before deleting a server
Data deletion can be irreversible. If you only want to stop paying, cancel the subscription instead. Cancelling billing does not require deleting your historical ForgeBot data.
Confirmation
ForgeBot Support will confirm the request and may verify that the requester is authorized before destructive server-wide data is removed.
