Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 21-day PRO Trial starts when ForgeBot is set up on your server.

What happens after the trial?

If no plan is activated, ForgeBot becomes locked. Your configuration and historical data remain preserved.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can change between Basic, Elite and Pro from the Subscription controls inside ForgeBot in Discord.

Do I lose data if I downgrade?

No. Features above your current plan become unavailable, while configuration and historical data remain preserved.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Your PayPal subscription can be cancelled through your PayPal account.

Who can contact support?

ForgeBot leadership roles can open support tickets directly from the Command Center.
